'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria originated with one vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Paris. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, this pizzeria began as a quaint shop operated by family members, bearing recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Marco Bianchi, the trailblazer of our brand, mastered pizza creation on her voyages across Italy, gaining insight from esteemed Neapolitan pizza makers—predecessors of the craft. Post her journey through the UK, she aspired to emulate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, keeping alive the traditional ways and selecting premium materials.
Starting from a humble venue with room for a dozen patrons, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains constant. Our age-old wood-fired ovens are still at work, we prepare our dough from scratch each day, and endeavor to procure the finest provisions available.
To this day, 'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria is still under the ownership and guidance of the Bianchi household, with newer generations at the helm, directing our enthusiastic staff. While we've adopted contemporary enhancements, our foundational mission persists: delivery of flavorsome, bona fide pizza that unites people.
